WHAT:

ZOOM Interviews with 21st century published authors from all publishing avenues, traditional, small press, indie/self and/or hybrid publishers. For 20 minutes, we will discuss/share ‘snapshots’ of your roads to publication. This 20 minute show aims to discuss the ‘creative process’ with both the ‘left & right’ brain represented. All interviews shared within 24 hours on Instagram posts and reels, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter.

WHERE: Cyberspace/ZOOM

WHY: To help authors expand platforms (that includes this 20 minute interview) and to deliver tidbits to viewers about the publishing road that begins with storytelling & then? Usually gets more complicated.

Marla Miller’s experience interviewing authors about the writing & publishing life began in the 1990’s on her public radio show and when it became clear the web was here to stay, she launched writing themed shows at The Writer.com, Blog Talk Radio & Google Hang Outs on AIR

How long did you work on this project before seeking publication?
If traditionally published, how many agents did you query?
If small press published, how many publishers did you query?
If indie (self) published, what factored into your decision to self-publish & how are sales so far?
